An extra furlong here today but is proven over today's distance finishing second in a similar event (soft ground at Pontefract) to this and with the same jockey on board today looks to have a great chance. Second over six furlongs at Nottingham last time out should hold him in good stead to get the job done here with third place that day going on to win his next race.
